Ice Cream Party

I'm awaiting the arrival of the remaining pictures that were taken at this lovely 3 year old's birthday party!  My friend makes little girls' necklaces and has a shop on facebook called Bitty Bling.  She has another friend with an awesome eye for vintage fashion at Cotton Laundry.  Top It Off, Bitty Bling and Cotton Laundry came together to create the cutest Ice Cream Party that any little 3 year old could ever want!
